COMM 233 - Video Field Production

Students will engage in the craft of digital filmmaking through hands-on experience in production and editing while connecting the historical and theoretical traditions in three film genres (fiction, documentary, and experimental film) by making projects in each. Students will create pre-production proposals and scripts to reflect their awareness of contemporary social issues and integrate critical reflections in media. Additional lab fee applies.
