    Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group visit to MMC! This form is intended for large group visits (more than 5 registrants) outside of our daily campus visit opportunities. In order to begin the process, please complete the form below and a staff member from our office will be in contact with you about getting your visit scheduled. (As a note group visits usually last between 1-1.5 hours).
